acquisition of Associated Insulation Services (“Associated”), a specialty construction contracting business. The

and commercial customers in the eastern and mid-western United States. Associated will operate under Brand
Insulation Services, integrating a strong team of sales, customer service and technology professionals into the Brand
family.
