Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services Acquires Associated Insulation Services

KENNESAW, Georgia - May 11, 2007 - Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services (“Brand”) announced today the acquisition of Associated Insulation Services (“Associated”), a specialty construction contracting business.
