For our location in Den Helder Offshore, we are seeking an enthusiastic Foreman Paint

In this role, you will work offshore. This means working 14 days on and then 14 days off. There are various tasks involved to ensure projects run optimally.

As Foreman Paint, you are an operational employee who performs and coordinates all common tasks. You supervise safety, quality, environmental aspects, and progress of the work performed under your leadership. You ensure optimal deployment of painters, sprayers, and blasters. You make sure your colleagues have access to the right materials and tools. Finally, you carry out inspections, testing, and trials on the completed work.

In addition, as Foreman Paint, you are also a hands-on professional who works alongside the team, contributing to the success and efficiency of projects. You take a proactive role in organizing the workspace and timely identify delays and shortcomings to allow for prompt adjustments.
With your leadership and attention to detail, you ensure every project runs smoothly and achieves the desired outcome.

• You have at least MBO 3 level of work and thinking;
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this or a similar role;
• You have experience in the offshore industry;
• You have good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• You hold a VCA VOL certificate and CIP Level 1, or are willing to obtain these;
• You have affinity with coating, blasting, spray painting, and setting up equipment;
• You have experience performing inspections;
• You are proficient with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
