Skyline Living and Skyline Office Stuttgart

Combining modern office space with high-quality living space

Scope

A well thought-out formwork concept with standard and special solutions, well planned formwork cycles and process planning

Challenge

Complex building geometry; tight time and cost budget

Performance

With the large-scale "Skyline" project, an ensemble of buildings is being created in the north of Stuttgart that combines modern office space with high-quality living space: The 75 m high residential tower "Skyline Living" and the adjoining Z-shaped, five-storey flat building "Skyline Office", which comprises around 10,000 m² of gross floor space, will be supplemented by an underground car park with 345 parking spaces. The headquarters of Daimler Financial Services AG will move into the office building.

The adjacent high-rise residential building will have 22 storeys and offer around 70 two-, three- and four-room apartments as well as approx. 70 furnished apartments (1 and 1.5 rooms). The ambitious construction project is being built by the Stuttgart-based project development company Bülow AG, which is investing around 96 million euros in the project as the client.
