Formwork concept with special solutions for the unusual façade
High time pressure, scarce material resources
A unique architectural specimen that reveals the attractiveness and quality of life of the rooms behind it from the outside - this is how the Munich client, CA Immo Deutschland GmbH, describes its new building project, the office building complex MY.O ("My Office"). Above all, the curved multi-storey arches and arcades are intended to lend the plastered reinforced concrete structure its striking appearance. The building ensemble (approx. 25,000 m² GFA) consists of a timber-framed building with five or seven storeys and a free-standing six-storey building with two basements for underground car park and technology.
After a construction period of just under twelve months, the shell was completed. Hünnebeck actively supported the contractor, Baresel GmbH, with a detailed formwork concept in order to ensure fast and safe work progress.
The result was a formwork concept that, in addition to conventional formwork solutions for walls, ceilings and columns, provided various special solutions, especially for the unusual façade.
