With the "Prager Carrée", Revitalis Real Estate has built a new urban quarter with a high quality of life in the heart of Dresden. As general contractor, Porr Deutschland GmbH completed the shell of this major project in record time. One of the parties involved was Hünnebeck, who contributed efficient formwork solutions to the project.
In Dresden's city centre, a new residential quarter with 241 high-quality rental apartments and ten commercial units was built on a plot of around 8,700 m² along Prager Strasse. The six-to seven-storey "Prager Carrée" comprises a total of around 32,000 m² of gross floor space above ground as well as an underground car park with 327 parking spaces.
Just ten months after the ground-breaking ceremony, the major construction site celebrated its topping-out ceremony. Careful work preparation, an efficient formwork concept and economical and safe formwork solutions helped to realise the ambitious construction schedule on schedule.
