2020 - Benchmark Scaffolding’s UK Hoist Division acquired and merged with Taylor's Hoists (UK)

2019 - Lyndon Scaffolding acquired and merged with SGB business in the UK to operate as Lyndon SGB (UK)

2018 - QuikDeck suspended access system launched Internationally as BrandSafway product

2018 - Venko business acquired (UK & Netherlands)

2017 - Brand merges with Safway to create BrandSafway

2017 - Taylor's Hoists acquired by Lyndon Scaffolding (UK)

2014 - Brand re-introduce the SGB and Hünnebeck names

2013 - Harsco sells the Harsco Infrastructure business to CD&R. At the same time, CD&R purchase Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc and combine the two businesses under the Brand name

2010 - All access, formwork and industrial maintenance companies acquired by Harsco over the years, join forces to operate as Harsco Infrastructure

2009 - Bell Scaffolding business acquired (Australia)

2009 - ESCO Interamerica business acquired (South America)
